By accessing or using SmartQB, registering an account, purchasing a product or enrolling in a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced on this website.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Access provided to a registered user is intended for that user and must not be misused, transferred or shared in a manner that violates these terms.
SmartQB may offer digital study materials, worksheets, question-bank resources, revision materials, educational packages, online classes and related learning services. Availability, syllabus coverage, access duration, download permissions and pricing may vary by product.
Applicable prices are shown on the relevant SmartQB product, package, order or payment page. The amount shown in the final order/payment summary is the amount payable for that transaction, subject to any clearly displayed offer or adjustment.
After successful payment and activation, eligible digital resources are normally made available through the student's SmartQB Study Zone. Some resources may be read-only, some may permit a limited number of downloads and others may have different access conditions.
Online-class schedules, subjects, duration, learning mode and other enrolment details are governed by the information provided for the selected class or package. SmartQB may make reasonable scheduling changes when necessary and will communicate material changes where applicable.
SmartQB content is provided for personal educational use unless expressly stated otherwise. Users must not unlawfully reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, commercially exploit or bypass technical access controls applied to SmartQB materials.
We aim to keep SmartQB available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, internet, payment-network or other technical conditions. We may update features and content when reasonably required.
